Complaint (if defective product)
Your purchase is covered by the Sale of Goods Act, including rules about defects. This means that depending on the specific situation, you can have defective products repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a price reduction.
Of course, it is a requirement that the complaint is legitimate and that the defect is not due to incorrect use of the product or other harmful behavior.
You must submit your complaint within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect in the product. We recommend that you make the complaint as soon as possible and within 2 months of discovering the defect.

When returning the product, we ask you to describe in detail the reason for the problem.
When purchasing downloadable products, we guarantee that the product can be downloaded and is effective for up to 3 years.
In the case of a legitimate complaint, we will refund reasonable shipping costs.
If the complaint is found to be legitimate, we will refund your reasonable shipping costs for returning the product. Otherwise, you must bear all transportation costs, including our shipping costs for returning the product to you after examination, as well as we may charge a fee per half hour or part thereof at a rate of DKK 250, including VAT.
Please note that the product must always be securely sealed, and be sure to get a postal receipt. You are responsible for the package/products until we receive them. Therefore, keep the postal receipt as well as the tracking number.
Please note! We do not accept packages sent with the cash on delivery service, etc.

A complaint about a product or service can be sent to the Dispute Resolution Center, Center for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg. You can submit a complaint to the Dispute Resolution online via the Complaint Portal for Nævnenes Hus https://kpo.naevneneshus.dk.
The EU Commission's online complaint portal can also be used to submit a complaint. This is especially relevant when it is a consumer living in another EU country than Denmark, where the headquarters of Meandmybox.com is located.
